Help for local mode, optional private Sync, collaboration, shared expenses, and trip planning.

Before you write

  • Include your Android version and Splix app version if available.
  • Describe what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • Do not send recovery words, invitation codes, private keys, private workspace content, Contact details, IBAN, or financial records.

Current app boundaries

  • Local mode works without an account. Optional Sync uses a pseudonymous account with device keys and recovery words.
  • Sync is not a complete backup, and Sync content is not end-to-end encrypted.
  • No payment processing, bank connection, wallet, booking, or insurance sale.
  • Provider links and external websites are handled outside Splix.
